Brokerly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Your business is confidential, and so is what you tell us. This policy explains what personal data Brokerly collects when you use brokerly.sg or speak to us, why we collect it, who sees it, and your choices. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Who we are

Brokerly (“Brokerly”, “we”, “us”) is a flat-fee business sale service in Singapore. We help business owners market their business confidentially to buyers. We do not take a commission on the sale.

Brokerly is a brand of Kaizen Strategy Pte. Ltd., which is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, mobile or WhatsApp number and email address.
  • Business details: company name, your job title, industry, yearly revenue range, when you are thinking of selling and the price you expect.
  • Messages and call notes: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or the phone, and notes from our calls.
  • Technical and ad data: the page and ad you came from (such as UTM tags and the Meta click ID), your device and browser type, and how you use the site.

We do not ask for your NRIC, bank details or passwords on this website.

3. Why we use it

  • To contact you about selling your business, including by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS and email.
  • To check that you are the owner or a person who can authorise a sale, and to understand your business so we can advise you properly.
  • To prepare a confidential teaser and, with your approval, introduce your business to interested buyers.
  • To run and measure our advertising, and to improve our website and service.
  • To meet legal and regulatory duties, and to handle disputes.

4. Consent

We collect and use your personal data with your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our form or when you share your details with us. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9). If you withdraw, we may not be able to continue helping you sell your business.

By giving us your number and consenting, you agree we may contact you about selling your business even if your number is on the Do Not Call Registry.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not tell any buyer who you are, or give them your business name, until you have agreed. We share data only with:

  • Service providers that help us run Brokerly, such as WhatsApp (Meta) and messaging, email, website hosting, spreadsheet and automation tools, and customer-management tools. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive limited signals (for example, that a form was submitted) to measure and improve our ads.
  • Our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.
  • A buyer or other third party, only after you have told us we may.

6. Automated assistant

Some of our WhatsApp and website replies are written by an automated assistant that helps us respond quickly and book calls. It is there to answer questions and arrange a conversation with our team. It does not make decisions about your sale. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less well if you do.

8. Keeping your data safe and how long we keep it

We use access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. We keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Some of our service providers store data outside Singapore. When that happens, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

9. Your rights and how to reach us

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to contact or use it. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within the timeframes set by the PDPA.

To make a request or ask a question, contact our Data Protection Officer at [privacy email address]. You can also reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages to stop being contacted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date above.
